Measure Your Progress
An extremely important part of your fitness program is being able to measure your progress. Body fat testing is not painful, nor is it expensive. You can get it done at most any gym or fitness center. Simply ask if they have an expert who can measure body composition. It’s also a good idea to take before and after photos and post them somewhere you’ll see them every day. (I have my Facebook pics as my BEFORE pics to remind me everyday!!!)
I was able to get mine done and its so amazing to get the break down of your body composition. How much of your weight is fat? How much of it is water? How much of it is actual muscle? Once you hear it, you can visualize it and more easily attain your goals….or at least that’s how it was for me! Good luck!
A FB page I like called,Β Mary Shares Fitness shared this pic and it really resonated. I love it! Thought I’d share:
