Three years ago my husband proposed to me, a divorced mother of three. He was well aware that I had just been diagnosed with cervical cancer and would be unable to bear anymore children. This meant that he would never have biological children, But that didn’t stop him from accepting my kids and loving them as his own. He has worked two jobs simutaneously to make sure they had everything they needed, when their biological father wouldn’t provide for them. I could go on and on about the endless sacrifices this man makes for “our” babies, but to sum it up…He’s everything I prayed for…a man that loves me and loves our children.
